Pel Softlabs reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in any of Pel Softlabs websites and mobile apps . The following policy applies to both Pel Softlabs Websites and Mobile apps.
If Pel Softlabs refuses a new or renewing membership, users will be offered a refund.

Cancellation by user
User cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund .However, top up & credits purchased are non refundable.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail at contactus@pelsoftlabs.in, and must be received within the stated cancellation deadline.
A user understands that in case of cancellation ofpaid services, all premium features of the user will be displayed, this may lead to irretreivable loss of data applicable in the premium features.
All refund requests must be made by the user
Refund requests must include the username, contact no. of the user and the invoice number against which refund is sought.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
These above policies apply to all Pel Softlabs websites unless otherwise specified in the corresponding website.
Pel Softlabs Goods and Products Refund/Return Policy
All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from Pel Softlabs require prior authorization.Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by Pel Softlabs within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any Pel Softlabs product that is deemed defective.
Products provided/sold by Pel Softlabs partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.
Products which are software or downloadable from any Pel Softlabs website or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drives, etc) or credits are non-refundable.
